Dream Sequence

Hi Blog, 

I think that by now U probably have noticed that I have just become sticked to Paolo Roversi. I just cannot get enough of him and his works... Here is an other favourite of mine...This time Paolo delivers yet another hauntingly beautiful layout to W  with “Dream Sequence”. The moody series stars Monika Jagaciak, Darya Kurovska, Dorothea Barth Jorgensen and Regina Feoktistova in ethereal designs by Chanel, Valentino and Givenchy Haute Couture. Styled by Alex White, the quartet looks as if they stepped out of a period film with their demure makeup and hairstyles.

It looks like having some influences from Alice in Wonderland...

A Girl of Singular Beauty

Hi Blog,

here is an other masterpiece of Paolo Roversi, this time in collaboration with Natalia Vodianova. There are two main aspects I have to aim on this strike of a genious. The first is of course these Haute Couture dresses that make me speechless... How wonderful they are! OMG... Make up is by L`oreal by the way.  The second aspect is Natalia`s eyes... They look so magical... As far as I know Paolo uses good old pieces of cameras and never any digital gadgets. Well I think this was shot with 8X10 Polaroid, with long exposure, using a Maglight to flush more light into the eyes.
